A global food company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its Singapore office and take ownership of driving growth of assigned product portfolio across the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, you will report to the Commercial Director and spearhead the development of commercial strategies to expand the assigned product portfolio across APAC. You will manage established accounts while cultivating new relationships with leading food manufacturers, traders, and distributors. A key part of your role will involve navigating the complexities of pricing volatility, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of contractual agreements. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, finance and R&D colleagues, while also providing critical market intelligence to strengthen regional strategy and customer value.
Persyaratan
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in trading of agricultural products, with at least 7 years of managing B2B accounts across Asia Pacific. You have a Degree in Business, Commerce, Food Technology, or a related field, and possess a deep understanding of commodity markets, hedging tools, and contract structures. Success in this role requires exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Regional travel will be expected.
