Cynthia joined the recruitment industry in 2015. Prior to search, Cynthia spent 4 years with Ernst & Young doing tax advisory work within their People Advisory Services. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
