Analyst, Portfolio Management (PERE)

A global private equity real estate firm with a strong track record and diverse funds across multiple asset classes is seeking a driven and independent individual to join its Singapore team.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Portfolio Management team, supporting the oversight of real estate investments across APAC. You are responsible for performance tracking, portfolio reporting, and preparing analyses for senior management and investors. You are expected to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas proactively, and collaborate closely with team members to drive outcomes.

Requirements

You are an early-career professional (ideally with less than 2 years of experience, including internships in private equity real estate). You are analytical, accountable, and able to manage reporting-heavy responsibilities with attention to detail. You are independent yet collaborative, flexible, and confident in voicing your views. You are good with numbers, and can build a financial model from scratch. The firm is known for nurturing talent and providing career growth opportunities, including potential rotations into different functions over time.
