CFO – Heavy Infrastructure (Energy & Shipping)

      Overview
A heavy infrastructure and engineering group with a network of assets and project operations is appointing a Chief Financial Officer based in Singapore to support its next stage of growth and transformation. This is a leadership role for a commercially driven finance executive who thrives in complex, asset-intensive and project-based environments, and who is motivated by shaping strategy while driving operational outcomes.

      Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the leadership team and Board, contributing to long-term direction, investment priorities and enterprise value creation. The role encompasses stewardship of financial performance across multiple geographies, strengthening financial controls, and enhancing transparency around margins, costs and cash flow. You will lead capital management, treasury and funding activities, while also playing a central role in business transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, process improvement and governance enhancement. Close engagement with shareholders, lenders and external stakeholders will be a core part of the mandate.

      Requirements
The successful candidate is a seasoned CFO or senior finance leader with a strong track record in heavy engineering, EPC or similarly asset-heavy industries. You bring deep experience in contract-driven, project-based operations, with proven strengths in cash management, cost discipline and capital structuring. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and cultures is essential, and exposure to transformation, turnaround or scaling environments will be highly regarded. You are confident, pragmatic and commercially minded, able to challenge constructively while partnering closely with the business at both strategic and operational levels.
