Our client is a Singapore-headquartered Tech enterprise with operations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and China. As the organisation prepares for international fundraising and a potential U.S. listing, there is an opportunity for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and lead its capital markets and IPO agenda.

Role

Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will be a core member of the Group’s senior leadership, with primary responsibility for driving U.S. capital markets strategy and IPO readiness. You will lead the end-to-end execution of U.S. listing pathways, including IPO, SPAC or equivalent structures, overseeing listing preparation, regulatory coordination and engagement with relevant exchanges. You will provide strategic oversight of group-wide financial planning, capital structure optimisation, financing activities and investor relations. A key focus of the role will be strengthening corporate governance, internal controls and financial systems to meet U.S. public-company standards, whilst gearing the company for growth.

Requirements

You are a senior finance leader with a proven track record in U.S. listings, including hands-on involvement in IPOs, SPACs or other U.S. capital market transactions. You bring deep familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, U.S. listing rules and international accounting and regulatory frameworks. Strong judgement at Board and investor level, combined with the ability to lead cross-border finance teams and manage external advisers, is essential. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred.
