A leading global private bank with a strong presence in wealth management is looking to hire an experienced professional to support its Client Documentation function.
Responsibilities
The role involves managing day-to-day onboarding activities, ensuring documentation accuracy, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely account opening. The individual will help uphold consistent documentation standards, support process improvement initiatives, and escalate issues to senior stakeholders where required.
A strong emphasis on risk management is expected, including adherence to internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls. The role also includes participation in business continuity and incident management activities, along with timely escalation of potential incidents.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least eight years of hands-on experience in client onboarding and account opening within private banking, strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements across APAC, and familiarity with FATCA, QI, and CRS. The position requires a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
