Commercial Manager – Food Ingredients (based in Korea)

This opportunity is with a leading global organisation in the B2B ingredients sector. We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager (Food & Nutrition) based in Korea.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the Sales team, overseeing business operations and driving the success of the Food & Nutrition business unit. You will work closely with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets, strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers, and develop new business opportunities. Your role will include managing the P&L, driving sales and business growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 10 years of commercial experience in the food ingredients sectors, with a strong track record in sales leadership. Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or a relevant field and having a Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration would be preferred. You must have proven leadership skills and fluent in English given regular communcaiton with the regional team and suppliers.
