We are partnering a global company in the ingredients distribution space hiring for a Country Manager as they are looking to set up and expand business in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
As the Country Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Head of Sales and take full commercial ownership of the food ingredients business in the Philippines. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of company’s business strategy for the country, ensuring alignment with group objectives and regional market needs. You are directly involved in business development efforts, developing new accounts and responsible for growing them. As the pioneering team member in the Philippines, you are also responsbile for setting up their entity and build a team in future.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute leader with at least 15 years’ experience in the food and beverage / nutraceutical industry. You bring deep expertise in food ingredients, ideally within a B2B environment and have a strong network within the industry. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, hands-on sales leader with the ability to influence at all levels are essential for success in this pivotal role.
