Digital Programme Manager (2 Year Contract)
Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading Singapore-headquartered organisation to appoint a Digital Programme Manager to lead the delivery of multiple digital initiatives across back-office functions. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving meaningful outcomes through technology.
You’ll work across native development stacks and low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems), with opportunities to upskill and contribute to enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and track multiple concurrent digital initiatives
* Support Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, milestone tracking
* Coordinate secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions
* Ensure compliance with corporate security and governance standards
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve blockers
* Lead documentation, walkthroughs, and handover to operations
* Collaborate with business users to validate requirements and measure adoption
What You’ll Bring:
* Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in software project/programme coordination
* Practical knowledge of Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript
* Familiarity with AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway)
* Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Exposure to cloud-native delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
* Willingness to work with low-code platforms (training provided)
* Understanding of enterprise security and compliance processes
