      Our client is a leading energy and maritime logistics group headquartered in Asia with a growing international footprint. Its integrated business model spans supply, shipping, storage and distribution, enabling reliable and efficient delivery of energy solutions across global markets. To support its continued expansion, the organisation is seeking to appoint a dynamic Human Resources Director to deepen its HR capabilities and enable its ambitious growth agenda.

      Responsibilities

      Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a hands on leadership role overseeing a lean HR team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and rewards, talent management and development, and employee engagement. As the company accelerates its next phase of growth, both organically and through acquisitions, you will strengthen the HR function to better support commercial decision making and organisational effectiveness. Partnering closely with the CEO, you will shape and execute people strategies that supports transformation and embeds a culture centred on performance, innovation, agility and collaboration.

      Requirements

      You are degree qualified with a strong track record in HR generalist leadership roles, partnering CEOs or senior C suite leaders within high performing organisations in the energy and maritime sector, or adjacent industries with similar operating complexity. You bring experience supporting multinational workforces and business growth particularly across developing markets in Asia, Africa and Europe. You are execution focused, adaptable and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. Strong stakeholder management, influencing capability and communication skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
