Director, Private Equity Fund Investment – Single Family Office

There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment professional with strong private equity fund investment experience to join a single-family office.

Responsibilities

You will build and lead the private markets investment program, allocating capital across private equity, private credit and venture capital funds, with the objective of delivering strong long-term investment performance aligned with the company’s investment and strategic goals. This involves overseeing fund investment activities end to end. You will play a key role in defining the investment strategy, portfolio construction, manager selection, performance monitoring and risk management. As a senior team member, you will report regularly to the Head of Investment and Investment Committee on portfolio performance, market insights, investment trends and outlook that contribute to refining the investment strategy and portfolio.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related discipline and 10-15 years of relevant investment experience. You have in-depth knowledge of private equity and private credit fund structures, with expertise in designing and managing private markets allocation strategies within a broader multi-asset portfolio. Your strong investment acumen, awareness of global financial markets, economy and geopolitical developments will enable you to make effective investment decisions. You are well skilled in manager selection, due diligence and are familiar with buy-side LP decision frameworks. Experience managing a team is a strong advantage.
