Our client is an industry leader, undergoing a significant period of modernisation across its finance and operational platforms. To strengthen its digital finance capabilities, there are now opportunities to join their Financial Systems team, as a Director/Senior Manager, to be based in Singapore.

Role

As the Director of Financial Systems, you will ensure that the organisation’s ERP platforms and tools fully support the business’ growth ambitions and financial integrity. Leading a lean team, you will provide strategic leadership for the SAP Finance landscape (including S/4HANA, FICO, BPC, GRC and related modules), champion ongoing optimisation, enhancement and integration of SAP with key business processes across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial functions. Driving process simplification and harmonization, you will also be expected to establish governance frameworks and ensure consistency in financial controls, reporting standards and master data across all operating markets.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, preferably within an SAP environment. Prior experience in a complex and matrixed MNC with mature financial systems adoption is a non-negotiable. You have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP transformations, integrations and process re-engineering. Grounded in strong financial acumen, you have the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and practical solutions. Strong project management experience, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, are key pre-requisites for success. As this is a growing team, candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for other levels of seniority.
