Finance Director/Controller (SG)

Our client is expanding to meet growing business needs. There is now an excellent opportunity for a broad-based finance professional to join them in this newly created role.

Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the overall financial management and reporting function, which includes controllership, planning and reporting, business support and operations finance. You will manage a lean team and partner senior stakeholders in leading budgeting and forecasting discussions as well as business insights and trends. On a continued basis, you will also be expected to lead projects that help to improve policies and streamline processes, with the aim of achieving greater efficiencies and operating effectiveness.

Requirements

You are degree qualified, ideally in Accounting and Finance. Professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA are pre-requisites for the role. You are a finance generalist with experience that cuts across most of the Finance functions e.g. controllership, FPA, shared services, working capital management etc. You are personable and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in an operational Singapore based role, gained in a large-scale environment is highly preferred.
