Financial Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a driven and passionate Financial Analyst to join a fast-growing consumer goods firm.
Key Responsibilities
As a new member of the FP&A team, you will manage master data including pricing and standard costs for finished goods and spare parts, lead timely and accurate monthly reporting, and work closely with market and regional finance teams to ensure financial rigor in spending against budgets. You will also analyze spending trends across markets and regions to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills are essential, alongside the capability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams. The candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, including Power Query, as well as dashboard tools like Power BI and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems such as Oracle EPBCS. Experience in process improvement to drive efficiency and accuracy in reporting workflows is highly preferred. This role is also suitable for junior analysts with 2-3 years of experience who are eager to develop in a dynamic environment working alongside driven and dynamic individuals.
