Group General Counsel, Technology Company

Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a fast-scaling international technology company that is at the forefront of digital innovation. We are currently looking to hire a seasoned and commercially astute Group General Counsel to join the leadership team.

Responsibilities

As the Group General Counsel, you will serve as a key adviser to the CEO and provide legal risk on all aspect of the business across APAC, Middle East and US. You will have full oversight on the legal function which includes all commercial transactions, intellectual property matters, corporate governance as well as data privacy issues. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for a senior legal professional who brings sound legal judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to guide the business through its next phase of international growth and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 20 years’ post-qualification experience, along with a proven track record of advising businesses on complex, high-value, cross-border SaaS agreements. Experience leading legal teams and managing stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions is essential, as is prior exposure to the company’s key markets in APAC, the Middle East, and the US.
