This premier global asset manager has recorded strong performance and invests in diverse portfolio of assets globally. It is now recruiting Head of Employee Relations & Governance covering the region and international markets.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Global HR MD, you will champion the strategy for employee relations & governance. You will develop and implement progressive global standards, frameworks and policies which are also relevant to regional requirements. You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate employee relations risks, ensure effective and timely solutions to arrive at a fair outcome. You will educate and advise stakeholders on the development of employee relations and partner with other divisions (including human resources and legal) to build a conducive culture of continuous learning of best practices within employee relations and conduct.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you will possess more than 15 years in human resources or related areas (including employment law) including at least 5 years’ experience in managing employee conduct, grievances, investigation and employment governance matters. Strong knowledge of employment legislation in the region is required. With strong interpersonal and management skills, you will have the ability to influence and communicate at all levels within the organization. Financial services experience will be advantageous.
