Head of Engineering, Technology Products
We are partnering with an innovative technology company that develops impactful products and solutions, and addressing real-world challenges. They are now in the market to hire a Head of Engineering to join its technology leadership team.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the CTO, you will shape the product vision, develop new features, and ensure the stability and scalability of the company’s offerings. You will lead cross-functional teams across data, design, engineering, product, and operations to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
You will define and execute the engineering roadmap, drive innovation, and implement best practices to maintain the company’s leadership in its field.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you have a strong technical engineering background with extensive experience in software product development and delivery. You have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-quality products. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills enable you to navigate and align diverse priorities across the organization effectively. As a strategic leader, you bring a collaborative approach to driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence.
