Head of ERP (SAP) – Retail/FMCG
A leading Retail / FMCG company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of ERP (SAP) to lead its enterprise application landscape in Singapore. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the SAP ecosystem and ensuring technology alignment with evolving business needs across supply chain, finance, sales, and retail operations. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the planning, implementation, and enhancement of SAP systems across core business functions. You will also oversee other critical corporate solutions including HR systems, CRM, procurement platforms, and analytics tools. Working closely with business leaders, you will translate operational requirements into scalable, high-performing technology solutions. You will manage a local team of SAP and corporate application specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance, and development. Key responsibilities include system integration, data accuracy, user adoption, vendor governance, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise application portfolio.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is degree-qualified with 15–18 years of IT experience, including proven leadership in SAP ERP and corporate applications within a Retail or FMCG environment. You bring strong functional knowledge of core SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, WM) and hands-on experience with supporting systems such as HRIS, CRM, or procurement tools. You are a strategic leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, capable of aligning technology solutions with business priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
