Head of Investment – Major Insurer

Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will architect and drive high-impact investment solutions across all insurance products. You will lead Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation, optimize performance across multi asset classes, and shape the investment direction that fuels the firm’s growth and product competitiveness. Your influence will span product development, infrastructure upgrade, governance and analytics. You will oversee external manager selection and performance, steer cross-functional initiatives and serve as the investment voice across internal teams, regulators and distribution channels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Finance or related discipline and has at least 10 years of proven investment leadership across multi-asset portfolios in asset management or insurance. You have extensive institutional background and possess strong expertise in portfolio construction, SAA, TAA and performance attribution. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and drive cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
