Head of Leasing and Design Management

A leading multi-site retail platform is seeking a Head of Property and Facilities Management to lead its property, projects, store design, construction, and facilities strategy. This is a senior leadership mandate suited for a commercially minded real estate and facilities leader with experience managing complex retail portfolios and large-scale stakeholder ecosystems.

Responsibilities

The role will lead strategic planning across property, construction, store design, and facilities management, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational priorities. They will oversee new store, remodel, and closure projects; govern CAPEX, OPEX, timelines, risks, and compliance; manage landlord, vendor, and regulatory relationships; and provide executive oversight of facilities performance, asset resilience, business continuity, sustainability, and lifecycle cost optimisation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years’ senior leadership experience across property, projects, construction, and/or facilities management within a multi-site retail or asset-intensive environment. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, governance discipline, financial oversight, and the ability to influence internal stakeholders, landlords, regulators, and external partners.
