Head of Platform and Architecture – Hospitality & Real Estate

We are partnering with a leading hospitality group to hire a Head of Platform and Architecture to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise technology platforms across the organization. This role will be responsible for modernizing and integrating core business systems to support scalability, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Role

You will lead the enterprise architecture and platform strategy across the company’s core functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations. This includes overseeing the implementation, integration, and optimization of platforms such as SAP ERP, HRIS, Finance systems, and other enterprise applications.

Working closely with business stakeholders, digital teams, and technology leaders, you will define a scalable and future-ready architecture to support business growth, streamline operations, and improve data accessibility and governance.

Key focus areas include cloud migration, enterprise integration, master data management, security, and architecture governance. You will also lead a team of architects and platform specialists, and drive the evaluation and adoption of new enterprise technologies.

Requirement

You are degree-qualified with 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or IT leadership, with a focus on large-scale business systems.

You have strong experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms, as well as HR, finance, and procurement systems. A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), system integration (APIs, middleware), and enterprise data architecture is essential.

You have a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong ability to align technology with business needs. Experience in driving platform consolidation, digital transformation, and architecture governance in a multi-business or multi-location environment is highly valued.
