The position focuses on delivering regulatory compliance advisory and oversight for the asset management business, including reviewing and preparing regulatory risk assessments, compliance plans, and policies. Responsibilities include managing the submission of offering documents to regulators, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to applicable securities laws and internal standards.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of securities regulations especially within the investment management industry.
