Our client is a newly established energy company headquartered in Singapore with an expanding international footprint. Backed by a leading global energy group, the organisation is building its presence across key markets, including Asia Pacific and North America. As it embarks on its next phase of growth, it is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Rewards to establish and lead its global rewards function.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for developing and leading the organisation’s global rewards agenda across multiple international locations. This includes designing and implementing executive and broad based compensation frameworks, rewards policies, governance and operating processes that support the company’s growth strategy and evolving organisational needs.
You will partner closely with senior leaders to provide strategic advice on compensation matters, oversee annual remuneration and incentive programmes, establish job architecture and salary structures, and ensure rewards practices remain competitive, equitable and aligned with business objectives. You will also develop the rewards infrastructure, governance and market benchmarking capabilities required to support a growing international organisation.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified rewards professional with a strong track record of leading compensation and benefits within large, complex multinational organisations. You have experience designing and implementing global or international rewards frameworks, including executive compensation, broad based remuneration and rewards governance across multiple jurisdictions.
Commercially astute and analytically strong, you combine strategic thinking with a hands on approach and are comfortable building rewards capabilities in a growing organisation. Experience gained within the energy, industrial or other asset intensive sectors will be highly regarded.
