Head of Strategy & Commercialisation – Wealth Management

This premier Wealth Manager is set for growth and is looking to hire Group Head of Strategy and Commercialisation. This is a highly visible role with close interaction with senior management.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Head of Wealth Management, you will advise and support the management in developing business strategies in support of the company’s strategic agenda. You will provide strategic advice to the CEO, senior management, business leaders and functional heads on strategy across products, client segments, locations and platforms. You will play a leadership role in planning and leading programs across (front to back) pillars of the organisation to support the commercialisation of the strategy including new product development, go-to-market strategy, governance, technology adoption and platform build-up.

Requirements

You possess strategy consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm and/or in-house strategy role with a leading wealth manager. Proven track record in advising senior management, you possess broad experience including strategy, products, COO, client relationship, program management and / or business management. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are highly commercial, independent, a strong team player and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
