About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Transformation to lead and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role will own the end-to-end transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment to business strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, leading complex, cross-functional programmes while embedding new ways of working to enhance agility, efficiency and scalability. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the organisation’s transformation roadmap, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives
- Lead large-scale, complex programmes spanning multiple functions, geographies and business units
- Drive the adoption of new ways of working, including AI-enabled processes and modern delivery methodologies
- Oversee major technology initiatives such as ERP implementations and systems transformation
- Shape and execute offshoring and global delivery strategies to optimise cost and capability
- Establish governance frameworks, ensuring strong programme discipline, risk management and delivery excellence
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building alignment across business and technology teams
- Track and measure transformation outcomes, ensuring accountability and value realisation
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes within a technology consulting or services environment
- Strong programme delivery credentials, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including ERP platforms and digital transformation
- Experience implementing new operating models, including offshoring or distributed delivery structures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
- Demonstrated commitment to delivery, with a results-oriented and hands-on leadership style
