HR Transformation Manager (6 Month Contract)

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading financial services organization to appoint an experienced HR professional to drive transformation and digitalization initiatives.
This role will focus on reviewing existing HR workflows, redesigning and automating processes, enhancing HR reporting, and reducing turnaround time while ensuring strong governance, controls, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable and scalable HR solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze current HR workflows and reporting practices to identify inefficiencies.
- Redesign and streamline HR processes using digital tools and automation.
- Drive HR digitalization initiatives including workflow tools and reporting enhancements.
- Partner with IT and vendors to implement and optimize HR systems.
- Strengthen data governance, audit controls, and compliance.
- Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement and training.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR operations and systems.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and updates for transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, transformation, or process optimization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (HRiQ) and workflow automation tools; Alteryx experience is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, analytical skills, and project management.
