Our client is an industry leader undergoing a significant HR transformation. This is an exceptional opportunity to join their HR Optimized function as a HRIS (Workday) Senior Manager, focusing on building and enhancing horizontal capabilities within HR Technology, Process Excellence, and Shared Services. Multiple position are available.
Position Overview
As the HRIS (Workday) Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s HR operating model by deploying leading Workday HCM practices across group and local business units. Working closely with process owners, Workday support teams, and key stakeholders, you’ll assess requirements, implement strategic Workday solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery and user experience. Your role will drive continuous improvements and innovative solutions to enhance HR operations and overall employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for collaborating with HR and Technology stakeholders to design, implement, and support Workday HCM solutions across multiple modules. Responsibilities include working with process owners to gather and analyze requirements, manage day-to-day support activities, and drive adoption of new Workday capabilities through planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will lead training sessions to enhance stakeholder engagement and stay updated on the latest Workday advancements, recommending enhancements aligned with organizational needs.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 8 years of experience as an HRIS (Workday) Specialist or Workday Consultant. You possess a strong background in problem-solving and analytical thinking, enabling you to independently address day-to-day issues and enhance Workday solutions and services. With a deep understanding of Workday implementations, you have experience in at least one module: Core HCM Functional, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Security, Talent & Performance, or Adaptive Planning. Additionally, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders across regions and cultures. Workday expertise is mandatory.
