IAM Engineering Lead (Sailpoint)

We are looking for a hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering Lead to design, develop and implement enterprise-scale identity solutions. The role will focus on building and delivering integrations, automation, and new capabilities across SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk PAM, and Ping Identity.

Responsibilities

You will design, configure, and enhance IAM solutions using SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity, developing custom connectors, workflows, and APIs for provisioning and policy enforcement. You will integrate these solutions securely with cloud and on-premise platforms, automate deployment processes, and build reusable CI/CD components. You will handle upgrades, patching, and new feature rollouts while performing testing and code reviews to ensure quality. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers and troubleshoot complex implementation challenges.

Requirements

Ideally you should be degree qualifiedw with at least 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, and a strong focus on engineering. You should possess deep hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk PAM, and Ping Identity (SSO, MFA, Federation). Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs. You have experience building IAM integrations with both cloud and on-premise platforms, and a solid understanding of identity protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible for automating IAM deployments is essential. Strong leadership and team management experience are a non-negotiable.
