Intermediary Sales – Major Asset Manager

Responsibilities
An entrepreneurial individual, you will drive business growth across the region, with a particular focus on the Singapore Insurance and Financial Advisory segments. You will play a key role in on-boarding new clients, deepening client relationships, and representing the Firm’s investment ideas and funds with clarity and conviction. While taking ownership of the assigned key client segments, you will develop and execute business plans that align with the firm’s broader strategic objectives. Working closely with investment and product specialists, you will ensure seamless delivery of investment products and insights, supporting the continued expansion of the firm’s intermediaries business.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Finance or related discipline and 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally including asset management. You have a proven sales track record and robust network of insurance firms, financial advisory platforms and banks in Singapore/SEA/Asia. Your existing deep relationships as well as your ability to develop strong relationships with these organisations will be essential to your success. Your strong investment knowledge and ability to translate investment expertise into value for clients is critical as is your ability to pro-actively engage with and build trust with clients. To excel in this highly collaborative environment, you will be described as a strong team player who is communicative, proactive, dependable and personable.
