Legal Counsel (IP)

This company boasts as being one of the top names in its space globally, where the Singapore office serves as the key hub.

They are looking to hire a commercial lawyer to lead the company’s global IP portfolio. This role will oversee the development of IP strategy and protection of the IP portfolio, on top of advising on commercial contracts, supporting the company’s marcomms and PR teams. The company is expecting to launch several global brand campaigns, across both in-person and digital marketing channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IP lawyer to move into an in-house role. If you are an in-house counsel, keen to gain more exposure in handling legal issues relating to IP, marcomms and branding matters, this will be a fantastic role for you to transit into.
