We are currently working with a dynamic and rapidly expanding fintech firm that is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of an innovative company in the fintech space.

Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial planning and analysis functions, working closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial forecasts, manage budgets, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. You will prepare financial models, conduct variance analysis, and produce regular reports to monitor trends and performance against financial targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide the financial insights needed to optimize business operations and support strategic goals.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, preferably within the fintech, payments or technology industry, and be highly proficient in financial modeling and forecasting. You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders. A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment will be essential in this role.
