Manager, Investment and Asset Management

A multi-asset real estate investment firm, with a global footprint spanning across various asset classes, is seeking an investment professional to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the Investments team which plays a crucial role in driving and executing strategic investment plans. Your main responsibilities include analysing market trends, conducting feasibility studies, evaluating new investment opportunities and capital recycling planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute investment strategies.

Requirements

You are a self-driven and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate investments and asset management. A Master’s degree in a related field or a CFA will be an added advantage. Candidates with prior end-to-end deal execution experience will be preferred. You are familiar with financial modelling, feasibility studies and preparing papers for board approvals. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with a keen eye for detail, analytical, communicative and collaborative.
