Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation. To support its strategic business growth and transformation agenda, it is now seeking a dynamic and forward-looking recruitment lead to strengthen and elevate its talent acquisition capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping how the organisation attracts, engages, and hires top talent, both in tech and non-tech. This is a hands on role partnering closely with leaders across divisions to design and execute creative sourcing strategies, build strong and sustainable talent pipelines, and experiment with new approaches to talent engagement from digital campaigns to market intelligence and talent mapping.
Beyond leading recruitment delivery, you will drive transformation projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and the overall hiring experience. You will spearhead initiatives that modernise recruitment practices, introduce innovative tools and systems, and ensure processes are scalable, consistent, and compliant. Leveraging data and analytics, you will provide insights that inform hiring strategies, influence stakeholders, and enable evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, and bring between 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment, including exposure to technology companies or functions of scale and have undergone transformation. You should bring a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge conventions and introduce new ways of working, as well as strong senior stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience leading projects that transform recruitment operations, including a keen interest in how AI and other solutions can enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience is essential. The ideal candidate is also adept at optimising recruitment systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Analytical and data-driven, they use insights to shape hiring strategies and guide business decisions. A strong communicator and proactive self-starter, you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving innovation in talent acquisition.
