      We are seeking a Regional HRIS Manager (APAC) to lead the design, optimisation, and governance of people technology, HR processes, and workforce analytics across the region. This is a newly created, high‑impact role that will lay the foundations for scalable, data‑driven HR operating models and support organisational productivity in a dynamic, multi‑country environment across APAC including Greater China. Working closely with regional and country HR leaders, the successful candidate will drive technology and process innovation, ensure data integrity, and enable evidence‑based decision‑making across the HR value chain in APAC.

      • Support the design of how the region manages HR technology and non‑technology enablers, balancing global HR frameworks with local business and country priorities.
      • Lead change management and communication with regional and country stakeholders, including senior business and HR leaders, to secure adoption and alignment.
      • Evaluate, select, and project manage the rollout of new people technology solutions to support a large, multi‑country business (e.g. rostering, time & attendance, payroll integration, and third‑party HR systems).
      • Ensure seamless integration between HR systems and broader enterprise platforms, including time, payroll, and finance systems.

      Assess organisational productivity and opportunities for improvement in HR processes, especially across recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations. Strengthen HR governance frameworks, including regional-country interaction models, decision‑making structures, and authority grids; support the development of RACI models where relevant.

      Design and implement a workforce analytics framework to measure and drive insights on productivity, performance, and HR cost‑to‑serve. Lead the continuous rollout, enhancement, and configuration of the regional HRIS platform (SuccessFactors‑based), ensuring alignment with the global roadmap. Manage regional implementation timelines and manage dependencies with country‑level priorities and business cycles.

      Requirements
      Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field; HR or data analytics certifications are a strong plus. 15+ years of professional experience in HR or HR technology, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in a multinational or regional‑headquarters environment.

      In‑depth knowledge of core HR disciplines: recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and talent management. Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and change management in complex, matrix environments.
      Expertise in HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent cloud‑based HCM platforms. Strong analytical mindset; experience in workforce analytics, data visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and reporting is highly desirable.
