Regional Managing Director, SEA

This leadership position will be driving growth in the SEA region, overseeing full P&L responsibility, strategic direction, operational execution, and talent leadership to drive sustainable growth, market expansion, and profitability.
Reporting to the Regional APAC CEO, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a well-established brand in a dynamic and fast-growing region. The ideal candidate will be someone who can align the team around a shared vision, build trust across functions and markets, and create a strong sense of momentum and accountability.
Beyond the commercial mandate, we are also looking for a leader who can bring people together with clarity, confidence, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the overall P&L for Southeast Asia, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Strengthen commercial excellence across key markets.
- Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with global objectives, with a strong focus on commercial excellence and operational efficiency.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing country teams, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
- Strengthen go-to-market strategies across channels, including modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce, and distributor networks.
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities, including market expansion, product portfolio optimization, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive brand positioning and marketing effectiveness to enhance consumer engagement and brand equity.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and alignment with local regulatory requirements across all SEA markets.
- Partner closely with global headquarters and cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, product, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a senior regional role (e.g., Managing Director, Regional Director, or General Manager) within home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and driving transformation in Southeast Asia markets.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel distribution models and diverse market dynamics within SEA.
- Experience managing full P&L and leading cross-cultural teams across multiple countries.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with global headquarters and regional partners.
- Experience in scaling or transforming regional operations.
- Exposure to both developed and emerging SEA markets.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and cultural agility.
