Regional Mobility & Benefits Manager, APAC
Our client is a leading player within the consumer technology sector. There is now a newly created position for a Regional APAC Mobility and Benefits Partner. You will work closely with the in-country HR, business leaders and employees to support the successful relocation, assignment and ongoing management of talent across borders. This role is critical in ensuring that the company’s mobility programs and effective an aligned with the company’s strategic goals on talent mobility.
Manage global mobility programs and initiatives. In addition to the mobility programs, you will be the functional lead of benefits program in APAC. Manage the end-to-end assignment lifecycle for employes from pre-assignment planning to relocation support. Responsible for compensation packages and cost projections. Work with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of relocation services within the region. You will develop and manage a small team in the region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in total rewards with a specialism global mobility. You will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 12 years of Compensation & Benefits including mobility. Possess analytical and problem-solving skill. In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations for APAC markets. GRP certification is highly desired.
