Our client is an established and listed company in the Financial Services Industry. They are seeking an accomplished Manager (Compensation & Benefits) to lead total rewards initiatives, and review and recommend compensation & benefits proposals.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will serve as the Senior Manager/Manager responsible for developing, managing, and executing regional rewards initiatives across multiple branches. As the subject matter expert in Rewards and Performance, you will lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving regional rewards initiatives, reviewing and recommending compensation and benefits proposals, and providing expert guidance on performance and rewards matters to optimize employee engagement and business outcomes.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with a demonstrated track record of at least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits. Proficiency in Excel is essential. You are confident and able to present effectively to senior stakeholders. Prior experience in business partnering would be a plus.
