Sales Manager – Flavours (based in Singapore or Malaysia)

Description
We are partnering a flavours company to hire a Sales Manager to drive growth for region. This role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, you will lead the business in assigned countries and be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to accelerate growth across food and beverage categories. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities while deepening engagement with existing customers. You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing sales performance metrics, report key findings, and recommend strategies for
improvement to the senior management.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or a relevant field and bring at least 5 years of sales experience. Prior experience in the flavour industry is a must have. A strong grasp of flavour application, commercial strategy, and key account management is essential. To be successful in this role, you are independent, collaborative and able to work in a lean environment.
