SAP BTP Lead Developer (2 Year Contract)

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading organization headquartered in Singapore to appoint an SAP BTP Lead Developer. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications that support digital transformation and business innovation.

Location: Client Site, Singapore

Employment Type: 2 Year Contract directly with Client

Key Responsibilities

– Solution Design & Development
Lead the design and development of applications using SAP BTP tools and services, including CAP, Fiori, and SAPUI5.
– Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Integration & Architecture
Ensure seamless integration of SAP BTP solutions with existing enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
– Technical Leadership
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
– Performance & Security
Implement secure, high-performing, and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
– Continuous Improvement
Stay current with SAP BTP innovations and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP development, with recent focus on SAP BTP
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP services including CAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, and Cloud Foundry
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and OData services
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4HANA and other enterprise systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and microservices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prior experience in leading development teams or technical project
