They are consolidating their financial and material management systems into a unified S/4HANA powerhouse. We are looking for a Transformation Enablement Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical SAP excellence and human-centric change. This is not just a migration; it is a complete reimagining of how healthcare operations support a nation.

      The Opportunity: What you will get to do…
      In this role, you will play a defining part in shaping a legacy by migrating multiple SAP ECC6 instances into a streamlined, “Clean Core” S/4HANA environment. You will drive strategic optimization by collaborating with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders to dismantle complex, legacy-customized processes and map them to SAP best practices, ensuring long-term scalability and efficiency.
      Beyond the technical architecture, you will focus on building capability from the ground up by designing the master training roadmap and business capability models that will empower thousands of users across major healthcare. You will also lead a robust change network, architecting a “User Champion” system to provide the ground-level support necessary for seamless adoption. Throughout the project, you will act as the functional authority and Subject Matter Expert across a broad suite of modules – including FICO, MM, SD, MDG, GRC, and FSCM – advising on how to leverage standard SAP functionality to its fullest potential.

      The Requirements: What you will bring…
      To be successful, you will bring a Change management mindset around people, process and systems as well as mastery of SAP implementation backed by 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale projects, specifically within the S/4HANA environment. Your deep functional knowledge will cover core SAP process areas, ideally spanning both FICO and MM, while maintaining a sophisticated understanding of the integrated ecosystem including SD, MDG, FSCM, and GRC.
      You possess a remarkable power of influence and a proven track record of engaging with C-Suite and Business Unit heads, allowing you to drive alignment and secure buy-in across diverse and complex entities. You are a firm proponent of the “Clean Core” philosophy, bringing the analytical rigor required to simplify highly customized operational processes in favor of industry best practices. Finally, you bring a sense of resilience and resourcefulness to the team; you are comfortable navigating the ambiguity of large-scale transformations and possess the “can-do” spirit required to meet demanding project timelines. Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated sectors is a significant advantage. If you have a Prosci change management certification that would be ideal.
