Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer
Introduction
A leading energy infrastructure provider is seeking a Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer to support and enhance its digital workplace environment in Singapore. This role sits within the infrastructure team and focuses on endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise user technologies, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
You will take a hands-on role in administering and optimizing endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms using enterprise tools such as Intune, SCCM, and Group Policy. The position involves managing virtual desktop environments, overseeing software deployment and patching strategies, and strengthening endpoint security controls in line with internal standards. You will partner closely with L1 support team as an escalation point for L2 issues, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution. In addition, you will evaluate and implement new technologies to improve digital workplace capabilities, while supporting collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and enterprise messaging systems. Documentation of systems, processes, and operational procedures will also form a key part of the role.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and technical support. You bring strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory, and endpoint security solutions. You are a structured problem solver with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. You should also be interested in emerging technologies, stay up to date with industry trends, and recommend relevant improvements where appropriate.
