Our client, a leading multinational organization, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for their technology division. This is a chance to contribute to a global transformation initiative while fostering a high-performance culture.
Position Overview
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives tailored to the needs of the global technology function. This hands-on role focuses on shaping HR strategies, managing key aspects of employee life cycles, and driving organizational transformation in line with the business’s evolving tech vision.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will:
- Collaborate with technology leaders to roll out timely performance management, reward planning, and workforce strategies.
- Manage employee engagement, attrition, and wellbeing, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee talent acquisition and development initiatives, driving diversity and inclusion.
- Address employee relations issues independently, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Partner with leadership on workforce transformation projects, including setting up Global Tech Product Teams and cross-functional operating models.
- Lead compensation cycles, ensuring alignment with rewards guidelines and budgets.
- Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and provide leadership insights.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 10 years of HR business partnering experience, ideally in the technology sector. You have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, handle complex employee relations, and implement HR transformations. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
