Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation. To drive its strategic business growth and organizational transformation agenda, it is now seeking a dynamic and forward-looking Learning & Leadership Development professional to join its Human Resources division.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for managing and delivering leadership development and learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities with a focus on transformation. You will design innovative, evidence-based and scalable learning solutions that drive meaningful behavioural change and build leadership capability. You will play a direct, hands-on role in designing and enhancing a portfolio of flagship leadership as well as broad-based learning programmes, leveraging established frameworks and data-driven approaches.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with a demonstrated track record in delivering leadership and capability-building initiatives. Experience in designing learning solutions with learning academies or corporate universities is highly preferred. You bring expertise in instructional design capabilities, with hands-on experience developing structured curricula and learning pathways to develop talent across various levels in the organization. You have experience in programme delivery, workshop facilitation and project management with presentation and facilitation skills including engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
