Senior Manager, Procurement

Our client is a global medical technology organisation with a significant manufacturing footprint across Asia Pacific. As part of a broader procurement transformation agenda, the organisation is seeking an experienced procurement leader to take on a regional role with both strategic and executional responsibility.

Role

Reporting directly to the US HQ, you will partner closely with the Global Category teams to adapt and implement global procurement strategies for the APAC region. With a split of approximately 40-60 towards strategy and execution respectively, you will support multiple manufacturing sites across the region and play a critical role in strengthening both direct and indirect procurement capabilities, particularly around localisation and supply risk mitigation.

Requirement

You are a seasoned procurement professional with strong exposure to manufacturing environments. With deep experience in direct procurement, ideally within regulated or complex manufacturing settings, you have a proven capability in cost engineering and supplier cost breakdowns. Strong strategic sourcing and contract negotiation experience is highly advantageous. A global mindset and familiarity working within global matrixed organisations will be critical to the success of this role.
