Our Client
Our client is a global organization operating across diverse markets and industries, recognized for its commitment to operational excellence and innovation. To support its strategic business growth and transformation agenda, they are now seeking a dynamic and forward-looking talent professional to strengthen and elevate its talent pipeline and capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR colleagues, providing strategic guidance on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. This role will ensure alignment of talent strategies with business objectives and design to deliver measurable impact. You will lead enterprise-wide talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessment, helping to identify critical roles and future capability needs.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the Learning and Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams to integrate inclusive and effective practices into leadership development programs. You will also be involved in coaching senior leaders to make informed decisions about talent and organizational capability, leveraging talent data and insights to shape strategy and drive results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating expertise in succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development ideally with a global footprint. You should have a proven track record of advising senior executives, implementing enterprise talent strategies, and driving high-impact leadership programs.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with strategic thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
