Service Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity), MNC

Our client is a leading organization in a highly regulated industry with a strong focus on digital resilience, operational excellence, and enterprise security. They are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead the management, performance, and continual improvement of cybersecurity services across the business. This role is suited for a seasoned professional who can align service delivery with business priorities while ensuring reliability, compliance, and user satisfaction.

Role
As the Service Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity), you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, from strategy and service design through to operations, governance, and continuous enhancement. You will work closely with internal technology teams, service desk functions, end users, and external partners to ensure services are effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. The role also serves as the key escalation point for service-related issues, driving timely incident resolution, managing service performance against agreed standards, and overseeing budgeting, vendor coordination, and service optimization initiatives.

Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5 to 8 years of experience in IT security and/or service management, including oversight of cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of service management frameworks, operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement, along with demonstrated experience managing stakeholders, vendors, service performance, and incident resolution within a structured environment. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, or similar will be considered an advantage.
