      Overview
A global med-tech organization is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise workplace technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on shaping secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace solutions, with Microsoft 365 as the core platform. The position sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, collaboration technologies, end-user experience, and business transformation, partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

      Responsibilities

You will define and drive the workplace and collaboration architecture strategy, ensuring solutions are aligned with both current operational requirements and long-term business objectives. The role will lead the design of Microsoft 365-based collaboration environments, establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across productivity and communication platforms.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring integration with enterprise infrastructure, security controls, and existing applications. You will provide architectural leadership across the project lifecycle, guiding delivery teams on solution design, implementation standards, and technical decision-making.

The role will also oversee architectural governance, evaluate emerging workplace technologies, and recommend enhancements that improve collaboration, employee experience, and operational efficiency. In addition, you will ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the digital workplace landscape.

      Requirements

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in solution architecture focused on workplace and collaboration technologies. Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 environments is essential, alongside strong knowledge of enterprise collaboration platforms, workplace architecture, and digital employee experience initiatives.

You should demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Exposure to architecture governance, IT service management, security best practices, and enterprise integration will be highly valued. Candidates with Microsoft 365 certifications such as MS-100, MS-700, or MS-102, as well as TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile certifications is also preferred.
