Transformation Data Analyst, Real Estate

We are seeking a Transformation Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide transformation at a well-established real estate platform operating across multiple markets.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational, financial and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities:
As the Transformation Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include driving strategic decision making and organization wide transformation by mapping end-to-end data workflows across multiple functions and markets.

You will be involved in standardizing business KPI definitions to ensure consistency and transparency in reporting.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in a Data Analytics or related role supporting business decision-making in a complex operational environment.

You should be comfortable working with imperfect or unstructured datasets and enjoy data wrangling and problem-solving. Strong SQL and data pipeline skills are important, along with proficiency in Python or R for analytics and statistical analysis.

You should demonstrate strong business process thinking and have experience delivering insights that support strategic decisions.

The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and independently structure problems is essential.
