      Our Client
      Our client is a prominent organization headquartered in Singapore, in the consumer and services sector. They are undergoing a period of transformation and are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Workforce Strategy and Organization Design team. The successful candidate will serve as a key internal consultant, driving organizational change and contributing to the company’s longer-term workforce strategy.

      Responsibilities
      Reporting to the VP of Talent, you will lead and support a range of organization development and workforce planning projects. These include organization design, job redesign, headcount and manpower planning, as well as capability development. You will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to develop data-backed proposals and present strategic recommendations through well-crafted presentation decks.

      The role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, often in a consultative capacity, and demands the confidence and credibility to challenge thinking and drive alignment. You will also be expected to guide and coach more junior members of the team, helping to build internal capability in organization design and planning. You will require strong project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. It will also involve collaboration with other HR functions, using workforce analytics and internal HC dashboards to support leadership in decision-making.


      Requirements
      The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Organisation Development, Workforce Planning, or Strategic HR. A background in management consulting or internal consulting within a large, complex organisation is highly desirable – particularly experience involving organisation redesign, job evaluation, change management, or other large-scale transformation initiatives. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential. This includes the ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and strategy decks that inform and influence key decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are required.

      A degree in Organisational Psychology, OBHR, Business, or a related field is required. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in OD, workforce analytics, or strategic HR will be advantageous. Experience in coaching junior team members and contributing to capability development within the OD function is a plus, as is prior involvement in enterprise-wide transformation projects.
