Our client, a global leader in specialty food ingredients, is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Director to lead and grow its business across the Asia Pacific region. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial leader with deep expertise in the texturants market, combining regional sales leadership with distributor management, key account development and long-term business strategy.

Based in Singapore, this role carries full responsibility for the Asia Pacific commercial organisation and offers the opportunity to shape the region’s future growth while working closely with global leadership and product management teams.

职责

Reporting directly to the global commercial leadership team, you will develop and execute the regional growth strategy across Asia Pacific, leading both direct sales teams and distributor partners to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships. You will oversee the commercial operations across multiple markets, driving sales performance, pricing strategy, portfolio development and strategic account management while ensuring close alignment with global product management and business objectives.

You will also play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, strengthening the regional distribution network and building long-term partnerships with customers across the food ingredients industry. As the senior commercial leader for the region, you will coach and develop a multicultural sales organisation while representing the business at key industry events and customer engagements throughout Asia Pacific.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leading regional commercial organisations within the food ingredients industry, together with strong experience managing distributors and multinational customer relationships across Asia Pacific.

Most importantly, we are keen to speak with candidates who possess deep technical and commercial expertise within texturants, together with an established customer network across the region. Experience with hydrocolloids, starches, stabiliser systems, specialty functional ingredients or adjacent texturant technologies will be highly regarded.
